1. Acceptance

By using our site or by starting a project with us you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use the site or services.

3. What we do

We provide digital marketing services. This includes SEO, performance ads, content, email and lifecycle, web design and funnels, social media, analytics and attribution, and marketing operations with CRM.

4. Quotes and proposals

  • All work is custom. We share a proposal with scope, timelines and fees.
  • Proposals are valid for a short time. If the plan or inputs change we will revise the quote.
  • Work starts after written approval and the first payment if required.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Give accurate information and timely feedback.
  • Provide required access to GA4, Search Console, ad accounts, CMS and any tools we need.
  • Make sure your content and offers follow the law and platform rules.

6. Fees, billing and taxes

  • Fees may be monthly, project based or hourly as per proposal.
  • Invoices are payable as stated on the invoice. We may pause work for overdue bills.
  • Platform spend for ads and third party tools is paid by you unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • Applicable taxes and GST are extra where required.

7. Cancellations and refunds

  • You can stop a monthly plan any time for the next cycle. Work already done is payable.
  • Project work that has started is billed for completed phases and booked hours.

8. Timelines and changes

  • Timelines are estimates and depend on approvals, access and external factors.
  • Scope changes may affect timelines and fees. We will confirm changes before we proceed.

9. Content and intellectual property

  • You own your brand assets and the final approved deliverables after full payment.
  • We may use open source or licensed assets as allowed by their licenses.
  • We may show non sensitive work in our portfolio with your consent.

10. Data and privacy

We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable security controls and keep access limited to people who need it.

11. Use of AI

  • We use AI tools to assist research, drafts and analysis.
  • Human experts review and edit the work before delivery.
  • We do not use your confidential data to train public models without written permission.

12. Third party platforms

  • We work with Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms. Their rules apply in addition to these terms.
  • We cannot control platform changes, outages or policy decisions.
  • You are responsible for platform accounts and for any spend unless the proposal says otherwise.

13. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content or restricted products.
  • No misleading claims or fake reviews.
  • No scraping or abuse of our site or systems.

14. Confidentiality

Both sides will keep business information confidential. Access is shared on a need to know basis. We sign NDAs when required.

15. Disclaimer

Marketing results depend on many factors. We do not promise a specific ranking, cost per lead or revenue outcome. We provide professional services with care and skill.

16. Liability limit

To the extent allowed by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us for the services in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims that arise from your content, products, unlawful use or breach of platform rules.

18. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control such as outages, legal orders or natural events.

19. Term and termination

  • These terms apply while you use the site or our services.
  • Either side may end an engagement by written notice as per proposal rules.
  • Payments due for work done will still be payable.

20. Communication

We use email for approvals and notices. Keep your contact details updated. Official notices can be sent to niteshdan1234@gmail.com.

21. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajasthan will have jurisdiction subject to any mandatory law.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons. We will show the new date at the top of this page.
