Refunds & Cancellation

1) What this covers

This policy applies to enquiries, proposals, retainers, and project work done through aimarketingservices.in and our services.

2) Deposit & project start

• 50% advance of service fees is required before work starts.
• Work then continues on a month-to-month basis unless stated otherwise in the proposal.

3) Monthly cycle, cancellations & pauses

• You can cancel for the next month with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Pausing work is possible by written agreement. Timelines will shift accordingly.

4) Changes to services/scope

• Service or scope changes require 30 days’ prior notice.
• We will confirm any fee or timeline updates before proceeding.

5) Refunds

• Before work starts: full refund of our fees, less any non-refundable gateway/bank charges.
• After work starts: completed hours/milestones are not refundable. Any unused portion may be pro-rated or credited by written agreement.

6) Not refundable

• Ad/Media spend paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn or other platforms.
• Third-party costs (tools, domains, hosting, plugins, data vendors).
• Completed audits/discovery or rush bookings once resources are allocated.

7) How to request a refund

1. Email niteshdan1234@gmail.com with subject: Refund request.
2. Include: invoice number, project name, reason, and original payment/bank details.
3. We review and reply in writing; a short call may be scheduled if needed.

8) Processing time & method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
• Typical processing: 7–10 business days (bank/gateway dependent).
• Taxes (GST/TDS) are handled per law. If TDS was deducted, please provide the certificate.
