Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We believe in fair business. This policy outlines how we handle deposits, cancellations, and refunds for our services globally.

1. General Principle

AI Marketing Services is a service-based agency. Our fees cover the time, expertise, and intellectual property allocated to your project. Unlike physical products, services cannot be "returned." Therefore, refunds are granted only under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Project Engagement & Deposits

  • One-Time Projects: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your slot and commence work.
  • Retainers: Monthly retainer fees are paid in advance (100%) at the start of the billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel our services at any time. To ensure a smooth handover:

  • Monthly Retainers: We require a 30-day written notice via email to cancel ongoing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads Management).
  • Hourly/Consulting: Can be cancelled with 48 hours' notice. Unused hours will be refunded.
  • Fixed Projects: Cancellation after the project has started will result in a billing for work completed up to that point. The initial deposit is generally non-refundable.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to start your project within 7 days of the agreed start date without communication.
  • Major Deviation: If the final deliverable deviates significantly from the approved Scope of Work (SOW) and we are unable to rectify it after two rounds of revisions.
  • Double Payment: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded immediately (minus transaction fees).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Ad Spend: Money paid directly to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is controlled by those platforms and cannot be refunded by us.
  • Third-Party Costs: Software licenses, themes, plugins, or hosting fees purchased on your behalf.
  • Completed Milestones: Work that has already been approved and delivered.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to aimarketingservicesindia@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Company Name]".
  2. Include your invoice number, date of payment, and a clear reason for the request.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Stripe, Wise, or Bank Transfer). Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
